Fulfillment Services
A. Marketplace Fulfillment
Marketplace Fulfillment refers to order processing originating from marketplaces integrated with the Kiosk Crew system.
Marketplace Fulfillment process flow:
- Orders are automatically received in the Kiosk Crew system
- Stock allocation is performed according to SKU and order quantity
- Picking by Kiosk Crew team
- Order QC (quantity and condition)
- Packing according to Kiosk Crew standards
- Handover to marketplace courier
Cut-off times follow applicable operational policies.
Order changes, cancellations, or adjustments follow respective marketplace policies.
Kiosk Crew is not responsible for delays or issues caused by marketplace systems, policies, or courier services.
B. Custom Fulfillment
Custom Fulfillment refers to fulfillment services for non-marketplace orders.
Custom Fulfillment can be used for:
- Shipment to another warehouse
- Shipment to brand stores, offices, or distributors
- Shipment to KOLs or influencers (seeding, PR packages, campaigns)
- Event or campaign shipments
- Rejected stock returns
Custom Fulfillment process flow:
- Brand submits a request via the Custom Fulfillment menu
- Brand completes shipment details (product, SKU, quantity, destination, and special notes)
- Stock availability check by Kiosk Crew
- Picking
- QC and quantity verification
- Packing as required
- Shipment or pickup based on request
Custom Fulfillment processing depends on operational capacity and may not always be completed on the same day.
