Kiosk Crew provides additional services beyond standard fulfillment to support Client operational needs.
Types of Additional Services
Available additional services include, but are not limited to:
- Customer Service
- Insert materials (flyers, greeting cards, samples, promotional items)
- Extra Packaging for brands without their own packaging
- Other special handling as required
Customer Service
- Kiosk Crew provides Customer Service support for marketplace operations based on the information provided by Brand.
- Brand is required to complete and regularly update the Product Knowledge Document as the primary reference for answering customer inquiries.
- The Customer Service team will handle inquiries, complaints, and basic product-related questions in accordance with the approved Product Knowledge Document.
- Any specific communication guidelines, such as greetings, tone of voice, promotions, or specific messaging, must be clearly stated in the document.
- If there are customer inquiries beyond the available information, the Kiosk Crew team will first confirm with Brand via WhatsApp Group before providing a response.
- For events, campaigns, or special promotions, Brand must provide a briefing at least H-7 before execution.
- Kiosk Crew is not responsible for misinformation caused by incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate data provided by Brand.
- Brand remains fully responsible for product claims, product warranties, and regulatory compliance of the products sold.
Extra Packaging for Brands Without Their Own Packaging
- Kiosk Crew provides optional Extra Packaging services for Brand that does not provide its own packaging.
- Packaging materials provided by Kiosk Crew include, but are not limited to:
- Polymailer
- Standard boxes (Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large)
- Bubble wrap and additional protective materials
- If Brand adds Protect+ as additional protection, the Protect+ fee will be charged as extra shipping security coverage.
Additional Service Terms
- All additional services must be requested through the Kiosk Crew system and confirmed before the process begins.
- Each additional service request will go through an evaluation process based on Kiosk Crew’s operational standards.
- Service fees and estimated processing time will be informed to Brand and must be approved before the service is executed.
- The use of Kiosk Crew packaging will be subject to packaging fees and fulfillment fees in accordance with applicable terms.
- The type of packaging and handling method will be adjusted to the product characteristics to ensure safety during storage and shipment.
- Kiosk Crew reserves the right to reject additional service requests that do not comply with operational standards, pose high risk, or are technically infeasible.
- Kiosk Crew is not responsible for damage that occurs if Brand refuses the recommended packaging or handling procedures.
